• Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of registration fees as per institute policy.

• Candidates must provide accurate personal details (name, email, phone number, etc.) at the time of enrollment.

• The institute reserves the right to reject admission in case of incomplete or false information.

• Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the course is cancelled by the institute.

• Payment must be made through the approved payment methods (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).

• Fees must be cleared before accessing the full course or certification.

• Any installment-based payment must be completed within the agreed timeline; failure to do so may lead to suspension of course access.

• Training will be delivered online through the institute's chosen platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS portal, etc.).

• Candidates are responsible for arranging their own internet connectivity, devices, and software required for attending classes.

• Course access (videos, materials, LMS login) is valid only for the duration specified at the time of admission.

• All study materials, video lectures, assignments, and notes provided are the intellectual property of the institute.

• Candidates are granted personal, non-transferable access to use materials only for their own learning.

• Sharing, copying, selling, or distributing study content without written consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

• Regular attendance in live/online classes is expected to gain maximum benefit from the training.

• The institute will not be responsible for any loss of learning due to candidate's absence.

• Recordings (if provided) are for reference only and may not be available indefinitely.

• Candidates must complete all assignments, projects, and assessments to be eligible for certification.

• Certification will only be issued to candidates who meet the minimum attendance and performance criteria.

• Candidates are advised to maintain professionalism and respectful behavior during classes, chat groups, or any institute-managed communication channels.

• The institute strongly discourages the exchange of personal contact details (including phone numbers, social media, etc.) between candidates.

• Any personal conflicts, disputes, or issues are strictly prohibited.

• The institute will not interfere in personal or legal disputes of candidates.

• In case of severe misconduct affecting the learning environment, the institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate admission without refund.

• The institute provides reasonable technical support for accessing course materials.

• The institute is not liable for technical issues on the candidate's side (poor internet, outdated devices, etc.).

• Candidate's personal data will be used strictly for academic, certification, and administrative purposes.

• The institute will not sell or misuse candidate's information for unauthorized purposes.

• The Institute reserves the right to use the candidate's photograph, name, course details, and placement information for marketing purposes.

• No refund will be issued once the admission is confirmed and access to course material is provided.

• In case the institute cancels the course, the paid amount by candidate will be refunded.

The institute reserves the right to use a student's name, photograph, testimonial, and details of employment or placement for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms. Such usage will be solely intended to highlight student success stories and institute achievements, without any financial obligation to the student.
